Where a voucher is used in breach of the above conditions, Virgin Wines reserves the right to make a charge equivalent to the value of the voucher against the payment card used on the contravening order or take steps to recover the goods as it deems appropriate. As part of the Discovery Club, you will receive a case of wine carefully selected by us from various countries/regions/styles approximately every 12 weeks and at Christmas.
When you sign up to the Virgin Wines Discovery Club, we will only charge you for that particular case plus shipping (Prices: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Ballarat, Geelong, Gosford, Newcastle and Wollongong is $9.99 per case. Delivery is $12.99 per case to Gold Coast, Ipswich, NSW & VIC Country. Deliveries to Perth, SA and QLD Country, Sunshine Coast & Tasmania cost $14.99 per case. Deliveries to Darwin, NT Country Near and WA Country Near cost $19.99 per case. Deliveries to Northern Territory Remote and WA Country Remote cost $29.99 per case).
To skip or cancel any suggested case at any time phone our friendly customer service team on 1300 712 870. If we don't hear from you by the respond date stated in your notification email, we will deliver the case of wine to the delivery address we have on record and charge your credit card the notified price of the wine plus delivery.
