Split Rock Sauvignon Blanc comes from the oldest winery on New Zealand’s South Island (which is home to some of the world’s most exciting whites). Hermann Seifried built this boutique family cellar in 1973 with the help of his local church. Today, they continue to produce terrific wines like this Sauvignon with classic, zingy aromas (named for Hermann’s favourite picnic spot, Split Apple Rock in nearby Able Tasman National Park).
