Wine Summary
Mountadam Vineyards was established in 1972 by David Wynn, an innovator who is credited with several milestones in winemaking, including the creation of the wine cask and planting the first contour vineyard in Australia. The vineyards are nestled on a unique rocky outcrop ranging in elevation up to 550m in South Australia’s beautiful Eden Valley. The Shiraz is delicious – elegant and high-toned, with vibrant dark fruit and white pepper and spice notes.
