100% estate grown, ‘The Assemblage’ is a Northern Rhône inspired Shiraz blend from 5 Red Star-rated Pikes. 2018 was an extremely good vintage for reds in the Clare, slightly warmer than average, but vineyards by and large achieved a great balance of fruit and acid. A complex, savoury, spicy and juicy medium-bodied red which pairs well with beef and mushroom pie. Drinking superbly now and can cellar for up to 5 years. <br><br> <i>"Another of a string of instantly attractive medium-bodied wines from Pikes.
