Wine Summary
Bellarmine wines famously makes three different styles of Riesling, each with its own story and appeal. One of very few vineyards in Pemberton to grow Riesling, which was planted by German owners, Dr Willi and his wife Gudrun Schumacher in 2000. Made with grapes sourced exclusively from the cool climate, high altitude Bellarmine vineyard in South-Western Australia. A truly delicious, sweet wine shimmering with apricots, orange blossom and a lively acidity with excellent cellaring potential. Sweet honeyed characters and chalky acid contribute to a sweet, balanced finish. Enjoy chilled with spicy sushi, or with soft and creamy desserts such as apple strudel or panna cotta.
