Chateau Tertre Belair comes from the 'wilds' of the Castillon appellation, right on the border of Cotes de Francs, less well known, but no less special and qualitative for it. Packed with Merlot fruitiness, showing lovely herbs and flowers thanks to a splash of Cabernet Franc. Delicious with a slow cooked lamb shank.
