Welcome to RedHeads, where spirited competition between winemakers and a lot of tinkering in the back shed (now a brand new Barossa winery!) beget great wines. This is a rich, ripe, full bodied style of Chardonnay bursting with honeydew melon fruit leading into rich tropical flavours. There's a nice touch of citrus acidity to keep things lively, and some creamy oak to keep things smooth. This is delicious!
