This is a cross regional beauty from Kingston Estate, owned by winemaker Bill Moularedellis and his family. Bill declares the aim of his ‘Estate’ range is to deliver “true varietal flavour” and “accessible luxury”. This juicy, “exceptional” Merlot, crafted from the Limestone Coast – and the picturesque Clare Valley is a fine example. <i> “A savvy blend from disparate SA regions, the Limestone Coast conferring tannic freshness, the Clare a mid-palate warmth. This is exceptional Merlot and no, that’s not an oxymoron!
