The philosophy behind the Logan style of winemaking is to combine the rich primary fruit characters that Australian wine has become famous for, with an old world structure and elegance to produce wines with both power and finesse. A style that makes the wines food friendly and allows them to age gracefully. The grapes for this Shiraz are grown high up in the cold of Orange (at 950 metres above sea level). Cool nights allows the grapes to ripen gently allowing them to retain varietal vibrancy and structure while the sunny days drives the production of complex fruit characters.
