This layered, bramble-rich Cabernet was produced by a group of young-gun winemakers who don’t much care for the ‘rules’... You're one of the first to taste it - lucky you! From the outset they tried to produce a fine, small-batch Aussie red that is every bit as good as a top-shelf bottle that is 2 (even 3) times it’s price. This masterpiece owes its depth to an immaculate McLaren Vale vintage where long, sunny days produced ripe fruit with oodles of tannin, sugar and acid.
