Using the northern Rhône’s ancient recipe of Syrah with an aromatic lift of Viognier, Coco Rotie was aged 14 months in premium small oak barriques. You’ll enjoy aromas of raspberries, blackberries and apricot (classic for Viognier) – and  bold, dense fruit flavours, with smoky blackberry married with a dark chocolate and raspberry liqueur, with toasty cedar and vanilla notes. Serve it with beef and oxtail stew, steak and kidney pie, pink rack of garlicky lamb … or steak tartare.
