The Angaston Road Growers range is all about honouring the often unsung heroes of the wine world, the growers. It is their intimate knowledge of the local terroir, the changes of season, and the varietals they tend to that ensure the special parcels of fruit that make it to the winery are in tip-top form to make quality wines like this vibrantly pink Rosé. The wine recognises Darren Heidenreich of Possum Creek Vineyards in Angaston, Barossa Valley. And when it came to finding the best selection of Shiraz grapes for this new Rosé, the Angaston Road winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Darren. The single vineyard fruit is crushed and soaked on skins for two hours to extract a lovely pink colour. It's lightly pressed, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh aromas and flavours throughout. Enjoy a fruity nose of strawberry and orange, while flavours of mixed berries, lightly spiced red cherry and zingy citrus burst in your mouth. Grown, crafted and bottled in the Barossa using local glass, capsules and 100% recycled paper labels. Vegan friendly.

A bright and lively way to start any evening. The Miles From Nowhere Riesling expresses a zest for life. Every glass takes you to the south west of Australia, where the locals relax with glass in hand watching the sun set over the ocean. The Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard located in the Wallcliffe area of the Margaret River. The vines are over 30 years old and are managed with minimal intervention Aromas of lime leaf and lemon verbena. The crisp acidity lends an austere focus to the attack. Fresh fruit, honeyed notes and lees texture add a moreish complexity.

Get ready for full-bodied, rich fruit flavour with this highly awarded, three-time Gold-winning Caravan Petite Sirah (Durif). It's made by Australia’s hottest winemaker, John Quarisa (or Johnny Q as he’s known). For 20 years John worked long hours at some of Australia’s best wineries, including McWilliam’s, Casella and Nugan Estate. He always dreamed of setting up on his own but kept putting it off. That was until wife Josephine ‘spat the dummy’ (as they say in Oz) and told him to get a move on! Now he works even longer hours, but making his own wine, at his own winery. Taste fresh ripe blackberry and plum flavours, hints of pepper and well integrated toasty vanillin oak. Enjoy with a hearty casserole or steak.
