Wine Summary
This classy, smooth as silk Cabernet hails from the famous soils of Langhorne Creek. Hurry to reserve your share of this tiny volume red. Dark crimson in the glass, with enticing aromas of blackberry, ripe red cherry, red capsicum and fresh herbs. Hints of dark chocolate sit on the back palate and run to a long, smooth, complex finish. No need to cellar (though you can, for another 3 years or so if you like). It's drinking beautifully now. "Nose of black fruit, combined with stone fruit, a vegetal touch and noble minerality. Fleshy, silky and remarkably well structured on the palate. A success to be enjoyed with a nice piece of meat... 91pts... Double Gold" (Gilbert & Gaillard Wine Judges).

Wine Summary
The Shotfire range derived its name from the time when ansestors of the Clarke family discovered gold in 1870 at the Lady Alice mine in the Barossa goldfields. The Shotfirer had the hazardous job of setting and lighting the charge on the explosives used. The family interest in geology is retained today in their fascination with the terroir of the Barossa. This 'Quartage' is a blend of four classic Bordeaux grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, which unite here to fragrant and elegant effect. Blackberries, satsuma plum and anise – lavish density, complexity and length, to enjoy now or lay down for years to come.

Wine Summary
The Winemakers Selection offers quality in every glass you pour, because it's the winemakers who oversee all of life's best drinking experiences - from vineyard, to barrel, to the bottle in your hand. Great wine starts with individuals who share a great passion for winemaking and viticulture, those who are prepared to look deeper than the rest, work a little harder and stay that bit longer. In addition, they intimately know their craft. This smooth McLaren Vale Cabernet melds black fruit chocolatey goodness with a hint of mint. Superb on its own or with something straight from the oven.

The Estate Cabernet is one of their most popular wines and consistently scores well into the 90s year after year – this 2018 is " bright and balanced… Terrific value... " says Jeni Port in the Halliday Wine Companion.

Wine Summary
From Lake Breeze, Halliday Wine Companion's 'Best Value Winery of the Year 2022'. They also dominate year after year at the Langhorne Creek Wine Show as the Gold medal will attest. The grapes for the Bullant Cabernet Merlot were selected from old vines in the famous wine district of Langhorne Creek. Dark, sweet Cabernet fruit flavours with a warm heart of Merlot. The value here just can't be beat.
