The Wine
"Has unexpected vigour and life, with grapefruit leading white peach by the hand. The palate is long, well balanced, and such oak as there is, is well balanced and integrated... 94pts" (Halliday). With the dynamic Helen McCarthy, winner of several Young Winemaker of the Year awards, at the helm Barossa’s Mountadam estate is increasingly producing meticulously crafted wines of significant elegance. This is a lovely drop.
