The Wine
The Barossa is most most famous for its big, rich, broad-shouldered Shiraz, but its inky, lipstaining Cabernet is also revered by connoisseurs. It offers the same luscious intensity and richness, but with a distinctive varietal character. Here, inky black fruits, cassis and plum, are edged by wild herb notes on a long, smooth finish.
