The Wine
The Peos family have been growing fruit for many generations, while the wines are made at Forest Hill – what a striking combo! Their ‘Four Jacks’ Merlot is delicious. On the nose, there's perfumed violet, black plum and spice notes. The palate has rip plum and blue fruits flavours mixed with sweet milk chocolate tannin, and a smooth, silky finish.
