The Wine
Founded by Luis Felipe Cayetano Edwards, this family-owned estate has invested huge sums of money planting new vines and building one of the most beautiful (and opulent!) wineries imaginable - they even have chandeliers in the tank hall! This stunning, cassis-laden Cabernet can definitely hold its own against top drops from other prime Cabernet regions. It's rich and smooth with abundant dark fruit flavours and a hint of mint.
