The Wine
Chardonnay vines are planted high in the hills (up to 1000m above sea level) where long, warm summers and cool mountain nights produce grapes rich in flavour yet retaining a refreshing crispness. Golden, fresh and brimming over with attractive pineapple, citrus, melon and peach flavour, this is ideal with grilled fish or delicately spicy prawns.
