Here’s an exciting chance to try a delicious 'field blend' ... a massive ‘flavour bomb’ made from old vine, low yielding fruit. The grapes are co-fermented (rather than the usual manner of blending separately), a technique which allows the fruit flavours to develop in harmonious synergy. "A co-fermented wine yielded from a ‘secret' meld of grape varieties, inspired by a field blend. A billowing textural chew, a gentle waft of oak and ample stone fruit to vanilla pod allusions, with the pedal on apricot and rooibos tea.
