You'd be hard pressed to find a vintage of this particular Pinot Noir from 5 Red Star Helen's Hill Estate that has ever received a Halliday score lower than 91. Following traditional winemaking processes, utilizing full French oak maturation our Ingram Pinot Noir displays rich varietal characters on the nose, sweet cherry and strawberry flavours on the front and mid palate with a savoury, earthy (spicy) finish on the back palate. Thanks to the French oak, the wine has a wonderful full textural mouth weight and long lasting finish. This is Single Vineyard Yarra Valley Pinot Noir at unbeatable value.
