The 2015 marks the 22nd vintage release of the Katnook Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon, one of only 53 wines listed as 'Outstanding' in the Langton's VII, Classification of Australian Wine. "37% new French and American oak for 36 months maturation. It has depth and raw power... 93pts" (Halliday). A complex array of concentrated fruit and oak. Flavours of blackberry, mulberry and plum fruits with hints of mocha and vanilla are complemented by assertive fine-grained tannins and balanced oak maturation characters.
