Taste this impeccable single vineyard McLaren Vale Shiraz from 100+ year old vines and see why. It’s dark with piercing bright hues. On the nose, the aromatics are a touch subdued, in a brooding sort of way but they reveal themselves fully in the glass. The palate is deeply luscious, shot through with black fruit, chocolate and spice. It’s intense … but we’re not sure if Steve Grimley does it any other way!
