The Wine
A beautiful Sparkling, made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir predominantly from a vineyard purchased in 1982 that was replanted to Chardonnay in the early 1990s. Delicious biscuit dough aromas lead on to a creamy, toasty palate a with a fine mousse and lovely weight and length. It's perfect for celebrations, or to serve at dinner and parties.
