The Wine
Malindi have long been associated with producing some very fine examples of South Australian wine. The Wayfare Semillon is one of their more recent vintage releases and demonstrates the vintner’s deft hand at creating white wines which sing in harmony. Distinctively tangy lemon rind acts as a backbone to an intriguing wine with white pepper notes. The palate is crisp with lemon and lime which come together in a long, lingering finish.
