The Wine
Stone fruit, of which peach and summer nectarines feature prominently on the palate. Held together by toasty vanillin oak and a citrusy zing that makes you want to get up and dance. Good rainfall in the winter of 2016 and the subsequent cool wet spring resulted in delayed budburst and late flowering. A warm growing season with even temperatures, cool nights and a long ripening period resulted in excellent flavour and aroma development.
