Using 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards close to the coast, his Aluado has ripe peach fruit balanced by a zing of stony crispness. It won 13 Golds in just two vintages, and the 2023 is every bit as delicious and moreish. Lovely as a glass on its own, or served with seafood, salmon or chicken dishes.
