The Wine
From legendary Sparkling maker Ed Carr (recently named Winemaker of the Year at the Gourmet Wine Traveller Awards 2011). The Bay of Fires Pinot Chardonnay is light straw in colour, with a fresh green golden hue. The wine has great depth of character from extended ageing, yet it retains a fresh vibrancy of life. Honestly, it's fantastic paired with an extravagant cheese and charcuterie board.
