The Spring Hill Shiraz might have an impenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue, but it still meets the brief. Aromatics of liquorice and dark plum mix with vanillin oak, fennel and light pepper. The bright youthful palate features generous freshly crushed dark cherry, liquorice and dark plum fruits over inky earth and vanillin spice.
