The Wine
While Irvine has built a massive reputation on delivering Australia and the world some of the country's best Merlot, it is their vibrant and delicious Spring Hill range that is rocking our socks at the moment. Soft, layered and extremely approachable, this is the wine you will want to be sipping this season. Minimal skin contact, cool ferment and some post ferment yeast contact makes this a Pinot Gris beyond reproach.
