Margan Hunter Valley Verdelho 2020

Margan Family Wines is situated in the beautiful sub-region of Broke Fordwich, in NSW’s famous Hunter Valley. Owned by Andrew and Lisa Margan, the estate comprises nearly 320 acres of low-yielding 40-year old vines (previously Lindemans and Saxonvale vineyards), its own winery, and a stunning cellar door and restaurant.

Estate-grown and estate-made from low-yielding vines, the single vineyard, single variety wines in their Margan Family Vineyard range are crafted to showcase the Hunter’s unique terroir. Andrew chooses not to blend his wines, instead allowing the vintage, variety and vineyard to shine.

Here, enjoy a crisp, mouthwatering white, with an aromatic bouquet of green apple, stone fruits and spice and ripe notes of passionfruit and pineapple. The palate is refreshingly crisp, with a zesty, long, tangy finish. It’s a treat with fresh seafood.
