And this cooperative delivers just that, with value. As one of the oldest cellars in the region, it has been crafting fine rosé since 1912. Owned by a small group of growers, its modest size ensures meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar. Grenache and Cinsault make up a large portion of this pink and were harvested from the high-altitude, limestone slopes of Sainte-Baume. Full of fresh berry flavour with a crisp mineral edge and a dry finish – it's great solo and versatile with food.
