The Wine
The marriage of David and Cheryl Clarke (nee Thorn) brought together two long-standing Barossa families – gold miners on one side, viticulturists on the other. Their Mount Crawford vineyard reaches as high as 475m above sea level, making it ideal for outstanding Pinot Gris. “It's elegantly expressed on the nose showing fig, green pear, nectarine and jasmine aromas, leading to a finely flowing palate that's bright and vibrant.
