Red Rattler Shiraz 2009

This really tastes like a Shiraz should… that may sound stupid, but hear me out! The Red Rattler consists of beautiful bright hues with a freshness that only a great Shiraz possesses. The palate is not an in your face fruit bomb, but more white pepper and spice than the traditional plum and raisin. A terrific wine to drink with well prepared foods, especially those with uncomplicated flavours. The oak complements the wine rather than dominating it and the structure hints at the greatest reward being for those who can resist for at least 4 - 6 years… it’s called will power people!
