A truly powerhouse wine, The Black Pig Shiraz is produced with hand-selected fruit from sites that our winemakers reserve specially for this bottle. From the a challenging 2011 South Australian vintage, the Black Pig broods with hallmark Shiraz flavours of spicy cinnamon, ripe black cherries and black berries with a delicious lingering of French oak.
