Wow! A mellow and intriguing gin that has enjoyed a long rest in American oak bourbon barrels. It’s pale gold and boasts a treasure trove of flavour within. First citrus and juniper aromas combine with sweet notes and deeper spices. “Cardamom and citrus are rounded by smooth, lingering vanilla, honey and roasted hazelnut. This is a gin to mull over neat in a heavy-bottomed glass, or on ice.”
