The Wine
When you open a Blackstrap, you know you’re heading into seriously dark, rich red territory. It’s from McLaren Vale, so it shows all that inky, chocolatey, deep black fruit richness the region is known for. A generous lashing of oak offers depth and structure, and fine tannins ride the wave of flavour to a satisfying finish. Named after the locally produced Blackstrap molasses, this is an ultra-velvety, lipstaining, powerful red that demands a certain degree of care. It's very moreish. Decant early and serve with shredded slow-cooked beef tacos
