The Wine

This thirst-quenching Limestone Coast rosé boasts a very appropriate name – and 90 and 91pt scores!

It is indeed deliciously dry with crisp acidity and notes of strawberries and cream. With less than 0.1% of sugar per bottle, this Rose is light-bodied, vegan friendly, and incredibly refreshing. A deliberate move away from old-fashioned cloying, sweeter pinks of the past.

“A lively offering, the inviting bouquet presents raspberry, watermelon, red apple, and floral notes, followed by a finely expressed palate that's juicy and refreshing, offering fabulous drinking. 91pts” (Sam Kim, Wine Orbit)

"… this Rosé has less than 0.1% sugar per bottle. Made from Shiraz from a single vineyard, fermentation was over a three-week period in stainless steel. The colour is the palest Rosé as is imaginable, while the nose offers a touch of florals and strawberries. This is bright, clean and fresh, with hints of juicy acidity. A wine of medium length for enjoying over the next couple of years. 90pts” (Ken Gargett, Wine Pilot).
