The Wine
Chalk Hill is solely dedicated to making small-batch, handcrafted wines. The Harvey family’s grape growing heritage goes back an impressive six generations and they are “one of the most consistent producers of high quality grapes”. Their Fiano is textural and complex yet deliciously refreshing – very drinkable indeed – with apricot aroma to apple and lemon meringue flavours and a lovely lingering finish.
