Thanks to our longstanding friendship with the family, we have exclusive access to this great-value red. It's pure Tempranillo from northeast Spain. Smooth and elegant, offering mouthfuls of crushed berries, cherry and vanilla, cedar and toasty spice – this red always is difficult to resist. (It's even aged in barrel for 12 months, unheard of at this low price.) And thanks to its great finish – above and beyond its price – it's sure to impress on any dinner table. With such rich softness it is delicious enjoyed solo or with any meal, but particularly perfect with roast lamb.
