Winemaking includes the use of whole bunches and wild fermentation, as well as time on lees. Very pale lemon in colour, this is a refined style but it is certainly not lacking in flavour. Notes of crisp pears, spices and a touch of citrus, all of which is well supported by river stones. There is good focus, a seductive texture and clean acidity.
