Moss Brothers Moses Rock Margaret River Chardonnay 2023

Moss Brothers is situated in the beautiful Margaret River, embraced by the ocean on three sides. The resulting maritime influence lends itself to ideal growing conditions for wine grapes. Their Chardonnay was picked at optimum ripeness during the coolest period of the night to help retain the primary fruit flavours. A portion of the wine was fermented in French oak whilst the balance was fermented in tank. The Rosabrook parcel received partial malolactic fermentation to soften the wine and add complexity. An elegant yet complex flavours of lemon meringue, stone fruit and citrus are carried long by toasty oak tannins and natural acidity. “The seductive texture in this delicious Margaret River Chardonnay is very much the highlight” writes Ken Gargett, Wine Pilot.
