Père Guillot Sablet 2020

Père Guillot is a silky, elegant red with violet and wild herb aromas, silky black fruit and gentle spice from Sablet, a village in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, near Gigondas. The southern Rhône’s nine cru villages deliver remarkable richness as well as value, and this one’s from Laurent Guillot, whose family originated in Burgundy. Laurent loves the wines of the southern Rhône, so now makes wine there too. An ideal match with grilled meats or a herby casserole.
