The Tangled up in White label is reserved for funky blends that change with the vintage, depending on what’s best at the time. There are no rules … whatever the winemaker thinks is best gets to go into the bottle. Sometimes they’re complicated blends made up of a few varieties, but other times the winemaker likes just two pure varieties to shine – like this lovely Chardonnay Verdelho blend. It’s a cracker. The nose offers an abundance of lemony, leafy and herbal aromas with hints of blossom. The palate is dazzling and fresh, oozing an abundance of green apples, blossom and precise citrus fresh finish.
